Birdsell Lai & Thawrani (BLT) Realty Partners, LLP.  BLT is operated by Mr. Adam Birdsell, Chapman Lai and Siddharth Thawrani. The company was founded in late March 2012 by the partnership of Adam Birdsell and Chapman Lai.  Soon thereafter, our firm added a third partner to the equation, Siddharth  Thawrani. Our partnership takes a unique position in the industry, attracting investors inching towards retirement by making investments in both growth and value properties.
